About CULMYCA

'CULMYCA' is the acronym for the cultural festival of the university. Generally held in March, it is a dynamic blend of cultural and technical expressions that brings students together in a multi-day celebration full of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.

The Cultural cum Technical Fest of YMCAUST, Faridabad was a springboard for creativity, where ideas were exchanged and talents showcased. With the theme “PARIVARTAN,” the event aimed at building the future through hands-on innovation blending technology and culture. It included dramatics, music, dance, gaming, tech competitions, and much more.

This year’s theme "INDIA Version 20.50" envisioned a technologically advanced India. The festival hosted:

• Literary Events: JAM, Kaavyotsav
• Performing Arts: Dramas like "Mummal & Mahendra", Group Dance (IIT Delhi, NIT Kurukshetra)
• Music: WEIS, Mashup, Woodstock - Midnight Band Battles
• Photography & Fine Arts: Off Brush, Pic of the Day, Camero Ki Rasleela
• Tech Competitions: Codewars, Frost Code, Robo Soccer, CADmania, Hoverrush
• Gaming Zone: LAN Gaming, PS4, Virtual Reality Show
• Workshops & Talks: Alumni like Mr. Sanjay Mann and Mr. Rakesh Bhatia
• Star Night: Live concert by Agnee Band

The organizing team included students, faculty, and The BRIXX Committee under the guidance of Dr. S.K. Aggarwal, Dr. Sonia Bansal, and Dr. Vasdev Malhotra.
