Selection Process
🔹 ROUND 1: Initial Assessment
The first step involves a short assessment to understand your aptitude and interests. It may include:
- Logical reasoning, problem-solving, or creativity tasks
- Domain-based basic questions
- Short answers or multiple choice
Duration: ~30 minutes
🔹 ROUND 2: Task or Presentation
Demonstrate your skills or share your ideas via:
- A mini project or relevant performance
- Presentation of past work or a new concept
- Optional: live demo or slides (PPT/Canva)
Time Limit: 5–7 minutes
🔹 ROUND 3: Personal Interaction
In this round, we’d like to learn more about:
- Your motivation to join the club
- Your strengths, teamwork, and passion
- Your vision and learning mindset
